Tantra is a very ancient art of Sacred Sexuality and
living consciously on all levels. Wisdom is passed
down all the way from the Temples of Isis in ancient
Egyptian times. Goddesses were honored and taught many
how to use their sexual energy for being fully alive
and enlightened.
Sensuality with intention can bring
our physical experience to such bliss that one can
connect to the true essence of who they really are on
a deeply profound level. Such deep pleasure nourishes
body and soul, helping to overcome the stresses of our
daily lives. Happy endorphins are greatly enhanced.
The heart feels more open.
Tantra is a way of life that is open and honest and
couragous. It is one of the fastest and most effective
ways to heal the body/mind seperation and elevate the
spirit. When intention is connected with breath and
visualization, one is fully focused on the present
moment which creates a powerful energy that is deeply
fullfilling to the giver and receiver.

This powerful life force energy is lying dormant at everyone's root chakra which is in the area of the tailbone and anus.
It can be consciously activated with certain practices that I teach. Once activated, it is moved up the spine deep in our
inner core through every chakra like two serpents weaving and spiraling up to the 6th chakra (third eye) where a divine
nectar is activated.
I also teach a method called the Microcosmic Orbit which encourages the circulation of this intense life giving energy around the body.
